Congress Knife
Do you think gun control, or the government could have stopped and the devastating last shot in TV?

As terrible and unforgivable this act of violence of this era, arms control comes to play. We live in a time of guilt. Senator Dianne Feinstein, Democrat of California, issued a statement saying: "I think this will rekindle the dormant effort to pass common sense gun regulations in this nation.''CNN.com 's" The last gun control measures is important for Congress the Brady bill in 1993 and the assault weapons ban in 1994. What happened? Democrats lost control of Congress for 12 years. "Believers in gun control is what I really believe that our government could have prevented this act of violence? And Why? And if you say yes, we should also outlaw airplanes, knives, plant fertilizers containing ammonium nitrate, RDX, mineral oil, and lecithin, and the list goes on for miles. One of the bullets usually kills one, 2792 two aircraft kills using a razor blade.

The only thing I'm totally agree with him on his statement is that "We live in a time of guilt." Whenever something goes wrong in American society, the society has to find something to blame rather than examining the difficult issues. Could stricter laws gun control or prohibition of weapons have helped prevent this tragedy in TV? Maybe, but my guess is probably not. The shooter appeared to be a mentally unstable person who was willing to give his life to take another's life. If a person is determined to kill another, there is much you can do to stop killing, especially if they have trouble making random targets. If there is one thing that history has taught us is that the prohibition of all objects that society does not work. Prohibition not only failed to curb alcohol consumption, but also brought crime organized power. The war on drugs was rich drug lords and more fluid American prisons with a ton of drug dealers and others who are not incredible threat to society. The murder itself is illegal, but it did stop this guy? A total ban firearms, probably have the same effect as the ban. A few organized groups manage to smuggle weapons to the U.S.. Possession of weapons in general may be down, but the ban will make these smugglers organized rich. Firearms will be the ultimate weapon of terror in a society without weapons and will likely be highly sought after by criminals. What about gun control? A new waiting period would not have helped all that a gun bought at least 5 weeks before the event, much longer than any waiting period I am aware of. The guy had a history of mental treatment. The question is asked on the application of firearms, but unless a person is checked by involuntary by the court, is difficult to track because of patient confidentiality issues and the HIPA act. If guns were banned, which would prevent the shooter using a couple of small guns? If assault weapons are banned, what will prevent a person buys a high capacity clip for a semi-auto hunting rifle and shortening the weapon. At the end of the day, I think that guns are a scapegoat. Problems seen in TV goes far beyond gun regulations. The problem of gun violence in this country has many facets, but people do not want to see it that way. Many countries have strict laws on gun control have low rates of gun violence. However, these countries generally have a great social service infrastructure and take good care of its population. Do you have strict gun control means less crime? No! Search Washington, DC. Search New York City. The problem must be addressed with a different mindset. Why people commit gun crimes? Why do people commit crimes violence in general? What can be done to solve these problems? I think if American society will take the time to address social issues that force and encourages people to turn to violent crime, the issue of gun violence will take care of itself. However, America is a fast-food society. As you said, we live in a time of guilt. The easiest is to blame the guns. After all, are made to kill. If society has a way of kill, what will happen? Will's killing will stop or kill the people decided to improvise and find another way? Until the problem is resolved, put a Band-Aid on the subject by generating more control of the weapons law will not change anything. The Honorable Dianne Feinstein says she thinks this rekindle the debate of legislation common-sense gun control. Common sense can not be legislated. I hope that our elected representatives will take a serious look at the problem and not gain a peripheral and guilt of arms.

The folder comes with some very controversial for a very long time. This blade is the size and shape of most of you average pocket knife but with a twist. With the push a button appears out of a spring and the blade is ready to use. There are two kinds of tongues, however, you open the top, and one of the page.

The Blade that opens from the side, as with other pocket knives. Press the button and the blade swings to the side as any other knife. The out-the-front or OTF switchblade knives, appears from the front as the name suggests. Now there are two types of OTF blade a single and double action. The only action is when you press the button and the blade pops out and then you have to manually push the blade back in. The double action is the same so the different of those who push the blade back in just the button again. These knives are in the center of controversy for years because of the popularity criminals. People who might want to brake the law like these knives for there very fast opening systems.

The concept of the spring-loaded blades have been in the area for many years. With examples of them, on the flintlock pistols and guns to coach as early as 1700th Then later made in 1790, offered a multi-tool. Many of the early examples tongues are English, French.

industrialized Immediately after the Civil War in America knife production. That's when the first American flick knives were made. It is called the Patent grain diameter. These leaves really going on in the 1890s and where even lady's feet in place as sewing box. Then Italian producers in the game and the Switchblade is where we get Messer called the Stilettos.

Later, street gangs use this knife is started and it started with the bad tongues. People began to believe that if they put a ban on them that it stop gang violence. The U.S. Congress voted to banned these knives. So in the 1960s, tongues, that when in America, where only to the military soles. Later knife maker away of these laws by selling in tongues you build yourself kit is included. But this gap is in many states closed.

The legality of this knife is different for one country to another. Although many countries is forbidden, and many others have very strict laws, Click Here to take in some country. In the United States can not take to states, Indian reservations, military bases or Washington DC. The law, that tongues boundaries and limitations Ballistic knife. But other then that the federal government the rest of the decision to leave the states.

In many states, the right illegal, and in some they are perfectly legal. Then there are a few that they are legal, but with some guidelines. In Missouri, Montana, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and they are illegal, but exceptions for antiques and collectors made. In Virginia, you can create your own, but you can not sell one. At Rhode Iceland please her one, but it can not be, dagger, dagger or stiletto blade. In Ohio you can have one, but you have to if an online retailer Yet. In New York and you have one, but only if you have a hunting or fishing license. So these laws are pretty out there, but it is for each his own.
